Ski Patrol Medical Refresher Dates
|

The medical refresher for Ski Patrol will be on November 4,5, & 6, 8:45
am to 5:00 pm. It will be held at the Santa Fe Community College in the EMS training facility. In the past it has been held
at the Ski Area, but this coming season we will be taking advantage of the new
SFCC facility with its great equipment and training staff.

Ski Patrol and Safety Team On-Hill Training
Dates

On-hill training dates will be November 12, 13, 19, & 20, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm We will meet initially
in Chipmunk Corner, (the building that is detached from the main lodge and closest to the parking lot.)

Notes for all training dates

|
There is no food service available at the ski
area during training days, so bring a lunch. Be prepared for any weather, since many training sessions will be outside. Multiple
layers of clothes are advised for adjustment according to temperatures and snow. Depending on snowfall, the second and third
weekends of training may be partially on skis. Everyone is required to have a current function test by a certified binding
tech. This can be done at the ski area rental shop, but they are not at the area on weekends pre-season, so equipment will
need to be dropped off during the week. Opening day is tentatively scheduled
for Thursday November 24th, (Thanksgiving Day)
